These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProofLedger platform, API, MCP server, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by ProofLedger ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

ProofLedger provides automated ASC 606 revenue recognition verification tools. The Service evaluates accounting claims against a library of formal predicates and returns verification results with digital signatures.

The Service is a software tool for informational purposes only. It does not constitute accounting advice, legal advice, audit opinions, or professional compliance services of any kind.

All rights in the Service, including our Lean 4 predicate library, verification algorithms, proof generation logic, API design, and documentation, are owned by ProofLedger. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

Verification results and proof certificates generated for you are yours to use, store, and share. However, the underlying verification logic remains our proprietary technology.
